Come join your fellow Rosedalians at Ramsey Park for the annual 4th of July party! The parade, watermelon and water balloon toss will take place at 10am July 4th with the carnival and live music following at about 10:30. All the usual favorite carnival games and activities are planned including spin art, the lollypop tree and the duck pond. Tickets for games and refreshments will sell for fifty cents each. -
